Responsible for all current dispensary operations, including, sales, inventory management, merchandising, staffing, training, performance counseling, and evaluations.
Train, coach, and develop Assistant Manager.
Execute and enforce compliance efforts and local and state regulations.
Perform inventory audits and assessments of productivity.
Scheduling for retail staff on a weekly basis.
Oversight of dispensary maintenance including but not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, repairs, snow, and technology.
Complete daily sales reporting for NR and oversee all NR reporting protocols.
Training team members in excellent patient service.
Participate in ongoing education, community outreach and professional development as needed.
Develop and implement an onboarding training program for all store staff
Coordinate Responsible Vendor Training for dispensary staff in accordance with CNB regulations.
Develop, update, and maintain facility-specific policies and procedures, including those relating to: store opening/closing, incident reporting, POS system and METRC-specific functions, cash handling, receipt of inventory, POS operations, customer service interactions.
Stay informed and knowledgeable about state and local regulations and laws.
Ensure reportable events are clearly documented.
Act as backup and provide oversight to Inventory/Vault Manager.
Ensuring that all team members are trained and current on product knowledge and proper dosage.
Ensuring that all team members are maintaining current NR policies and procedures as well as all state and local laws and regulations.
Reviewing sales daily and best practices to achieve goals, with team members.
