Position Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Maintains inventory levels as required by company inventory objectives.

Performs counts and ensures all inventory is accounted for and reported in accordance with company policy.

Assesses inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends.

Manages cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis.

Timeliness and accuracy are critical.

Inventory reconciliation.

Troubleshooting

Performs processes and systems testing and tracks performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity and efficiency.

Investigates and corrects discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of inventory

Supervision/Leadership

Manages and coordinates the activities of all staff engaged in inventory control and inventory record accuracy.

Trains employees in asset inventory management, as needed.

Ensures all employees are trained in safety protocol

Skills and Abilities

Expert knowledge in inventory management.

Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in collaboratively and maintain productive relationships with staff and external sources.

Detail oriented with advanced mathematical skills.

Investigative nature to identify potential issues that would negatively affect the inventory, production and distribution processes.

Superior planning, organizational and management acumen with ability to multi-task.

Sound understanding and application of safety rules and regulations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain, business, or other related fields

Minimum 8 years of experience in Inventory Management Role

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSUITE

Certified forklift operator a plus
