Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for creating and publishing job ads, interviewing candidates and seeking out new candidate sources. Drive the outreach through the web channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc to help attract the best candidates possible for each position. Responsible to be the brand champion, hire and retain people who contribute to our company’s growth.
Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals;
Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings) to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media)
Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard
Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
Work with hiring managers review and update posting positions to ensure wage and job functions are up to date.
Work closely with hiring managers to source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and design interview questions.
Manage all background checks and administer pre-employment on boarding.
Maintain and update employee personnel files; process all new hire documentation with the applicant tracking system, including responsible for all E-verify process.
Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork and schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
Coordinate with outside staffing agencies to secure temporary employees, based on departmental needs.
Evaluate selection or testing techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management or supervisory personnel.
Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
Improve the overall efficiency, efficacy, and outcomes of the overall recruiting process.

Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative and/or human resource conducting in house full cycle recruitment
Must have at least 1 year of experience with social media recruiting
Must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with human resources applicant tracking systems
Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
Exceptional communication skills
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree preferred
